About 3D Maze

3D Maze

Windows 98, one corridor at a time.

A new WebGL recreation of the classic Windows screen saver. The brick walls, floor, ceiling, pictures, and signs use preserved artwork from the original.

Watch the maze solve itself, or take control and find the smiley face. Floating polygons turn your world upside down. Collect spinning rats and each stays in its own spot around the view until the next maze. Click any rat for a sound and a flip.

The 3D rat and hit sound come from your rat_site project. Original maze artwork © Microsoft, preserved via ibid-11962’s 3D Maze project. This is an unofficial recreation.
